Yes. Summit Residential is a true design/build firm, meaning we take care of planning, drawings, selections, permitting, and construction, all under one team.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for large remodels or additions. Most projects begin with a planning and design phase before construction starts.
How do you provide estimates or quotes?
We start with an on-site consultation to understand your goals, then provide a detailed estimate based on your project’s scope, materials, and design requirements.
